Our newly renovated apartment is located on the 22nd floor of a very quiet tower with a magnificent view. This apartment is very close to the metro: 3 lines allow you to access all the neighborhoods of Paris. A shopping mall is also accessible at the foot of the building. There is also an office space and WiFi throughout the apartment. The space This is the accommodation we occupy year-round. It consists of 3 bedrooms and a 35 m2 main room (living room and kitchen). Each room of the apartment is very bright and enjoys a panoramic view without being overlooked. Other things to note Cleaning: by default, the exit cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant. The apartment is equipped with cleaning equipment. However, if this is complicated for some guests, we offer it as a paid option (€80). It's up to you.
