There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with two separate beds, a bathroom with toilet and shower. A washing machine can be used in a common area. There is a parking space on the premises. At the same location there is a second apartment for up to 2 people, which can be booked at the same time!!! The space From a paved courtyard you enter a front house, from which two apartments to be rented branch off. This is the second apartment. It is about 30 m². There is a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, fridge with freezer unit, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher) with dining area. From there you enter a bedroom for 2 people (2 single beds). There is also a bathroom with toilet. All rooms were completely renovated in spring 2024. There is a possibility to rent a second apartment if the space requirement is higher. Guest access It's a single apartment. There is a washing machine in a separate room - which is also accessible to other guests. The garden and courtyard are freely usable. Other things to note It is a non-smoking building. In the courtyard there is a smoking lounge. No pets allowed. No parties allowed. The night rest periods must be observed.
