Located just 55 minutes from the nearest beach (Vieux-Boucau) and 50 minutes from the foot of the mountains, our little corner of paradise between chalet and nature awaits you. 🏡✨ The space The space A townhouse, with great neighbors included (hi, Antoine!), on a spacious 6,000 m² plot - ideal for epic games of hide-and-seek or gardening competitions (carrots, tomatoes, we accept all disciplines). 🌱 My home, built of eco-friendly wood and perched on stilts, features a spacious deck for soaking up the sun's rays (or sipping cocktails, depending on your sunny mood). 🙃 This is a chalet with a rustic and authentic style. We are gradually carrying out improvement work to optimize your comfort over time, but keep in mind that this is a raw and living place — we are far from the standards of a hotel; the warm refuge spirit prevails! 🔨 The kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils, will allow you to prepare culinary masterpieces (or to call our favorite pizzeria 🍕 – no judgment here). Please note, there is no microwave on site :) ⚠️ Hot tub unavailable between October and March inclusive ⚠️ The jacuzzi 🛁 is available for private use by tenants from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. It is a relaxing area where calm must be respected. The bedroom with a desk is the perfect place to invent original excuses to work from home, or to have a video call from bed! 💻 A mezzanine serves as an extra bedroom, a magical hideaway for children looking for a cozy little nook! The phyto-purification water treatment system prefers "gentle" products. Self-sufficient solar panels ensure electricity as green as our ambitions. 🌍 For your comfort, the accommodation is now equipped with central heating. Please note that the wood-burning stove/fireplace is no longer available or usable. ♨️ Bellette 🐈‍⬛ is the neighborhood cat. It has a cat flap, but it is closed during your stay. Please keep the cat flap closed. If she comes inside, please make sure she is outside when you leave, and don't hesitate to make her go out. She has another house, La Belette! You can charge your electric car on site using a household outlet provided. The house is located in the countryside, where nature naturally coexists with us: it is not uncommon to see deer at the end of the garden, to hear roosters crowing in the distance, or owls watching at night. Here, the living is part of the decor, for a simple and authentic break.
