Downstairs a bedroom with two twin beds and a bedroom with one queen bed. Bathroom with shower. Kitchen and living area with large sectional with two reclining sections. Dining table seats six. Two chairs and end tables for kids. Kitchen with large counter area. Mudroom entryway. Guest access You have access to the whole house (except basement) and 5 acre property with hiking trails. Other things to note There is a dummy security camera up high on the house pointed to the driveway. It does not record or view it is just there for show. The downstairs queen bed is not on a frame. The garbage disposal is not for disposing of garbage. Please put food waste in the trash. Trash pick up is at the end of the stay. Long term guests may want to drop trash off at the transfer station during their stay. Trash cannot be left outside since this is Maine and there is wildlife around. Trash can be collected during your stay for a fee of $25. We supply a starter amount of toilet paper. Longer stays please plan accordingly. There is no air conditioning. In Maine we open the windows at night and close them in the day to stay cool. The sliding glass door does not have a screen and should stay closed to not let bugs in. The deck has limited outdoor furniture. There is no laundry on premises. There is a laundromat in town. During ski season, if you are blessed with snow, it is your sacred fun duty to shovel the steps and a walkway to the driveway. The driveway is plowed. If there is a forecast of snow over night, please park all cars to one side of the driveway so the plow guys can clear well. The fireplace is not operational.
