The space TinyUrb is a modern tiny home with two levels. The ground level has a kitchen with basic amenities, including a Ninja oven that bakes, toasts and air fries. A two burner gas stove compliments cooking. Also on the lower level is the tiny living area that sleeps two kids or one adult as well as a modern bathroom with rain shower, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. This level also houses a smart washer dryer combo. Fire TV and HDTV with MegaTV channels including live tv, movies and series is available. The upper level is a loft with a full bed, chest with handmade storage, garment and luggage racks and full length mirror. The home is air conditioned and offers simultaneous UV bacteria destroyer. Entry is via smart lock and a private parking driveway serves TinyUrb. There is a private outdoor seating area that’s great to have breakfast, read or just relax. The property has security cameras and if the guest requires when inside, interior armed stay security via the use of a downloadable app. To enhance the experience in by request and chef’s availability, chef dining is available on the rear deck. PLEASE NOTE: Though all guests so far find the space comfortable, this is a tiny home with space limits. If you are above average height or size, be mindful that it will not be the same as moving about in a traditional home space. Guest access Guests have access to the entire tiny home with full kitchen, full bath and sleeping loft. Outdoor seating nook with plants and soothing water feature.
