Welcome to our spacious and modern basement apartment, just 15 minutes from the Fort Leonard Wood visitors center! Perfect for families attending military graduations, our 2-bedroom haven boasts 3 comfy beds for a restful stay. As an active duty Soldier, I take great pride in hosting military families. Plus, we're conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the quirky and delightful Uranus Fudge Factory Attraction. Book your stay for a blend of comfort, convenience, and military hospitality! The space The main house (upstairs) is another Airbnb. **This is a basement apartment, you will hear noise from the guests upstairs if they are present** Please don’t book if that will be a concern. While quiet hours are enforced, you can still hear noise upstairs such as walking. I am actively working the issue to try and mitigate the sound from upstairs. The temperature is controlled remotely so if you need an adjustment, please send me a message. The basement is chilly on cold days/nights so there are several electric heaters to use if you need to. The kitchenette does NOT have a stove or oven. It had hot plates and a microwave oven that can back and air fry for your cooking needs. Please park on the street in front of the large gate. There are the house numbers “129” by the gate entrance you will use. You will follow the stone path to the first door (under the deck) for your private entrance. The backyard is shared between the basement Apartment Airbnb and the upstairs Airbnb guests. Feel free to use the flat grill and fire pit. There is wood in the shed out back. **if you bring an approved PET, I will let you know if there are guests upstairs and if they have a pet as well. Please be mindful of other guests with your pet** Guest access You will use the entire basement unit. You will follow the stone path to the first door (under the deck) for your private entrance. There is a locked door dividing the upstairs and the downstairs you will not have access to. There is a locked utility room and another locked storage room you will not access. Other things to note The second bedroom (orange bed) has a sliding glass door and outside that door is a small concrete patio for your use. **The beer taps are used currently as decoration and are non functional at this time**
