Enjoy a restful stay in a stunning regency apartment located in Tivoli (arguably the best part of Cheltenham!) Tucked away in a lovely neighbourhood on the ground floor and a peaceful building, it's the perfect place to retreat to when visiting Cheltenham or the Cotswolds. The space In a prime location, the apartment is under a 10-minute walk from the Town Centre and train station and under 2 miles from Cheltenham Racecourse, where you can walk or take the bus. It's also a 5-7 minute walk from excellent cafes, restaurants, bars, etc. (I highly recommend The Tivoli, Baker and Graze, Sorrel, Slo, Ritual Coffee, and Deya). The space is light, bright and airy throughout, comfortably furnished with a stylish finish. The large living room is peaceful, spacious and newly refurbished. The quirky kitchen is separate, with a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob. It is equipped with everything you need for cooking including a few basics and cleaning products. It opens out onto a south-facing sunny garden patio. The large bedroom has a king-size bed, a double wardrobe for your belongings, freshly laundered bedding and towels for your stay. The bathroom offers a shower over bath, basin and toilet. There is ample free street parking along the road, so there is always a spot to park. Guest access There is plenty of off-road parking along the street, outside the property. The property is within an apartment block, so you will have access through the main front door. You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay. The space is not suitable for those with mobility issues due to the stepped entrance and one internal step within the flat itself. Other things to note Please note this is a home, so please treat the space with respect and keep noise to a reasonable level out of respect for our neighbours. No dogs or pets allowed. Strictly no smokers.
