It is different from any other pension where the garden or yard is shared with others. It is also a place where you can gain energy for life by watching the magnificent sunrise and sunset over the lake. It is also a place where you can have a special time to fall into red thoughts while watching the sunset over the lake. Face the moon and stars trapped in the lake and imagine whispering to them for a night. Beautiful memories beyond imagination will be waiting for you. The space This property is located on Yongdam Lake. It is a two-story building, with one room, living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the first floor. It also has an outdoor terrace of about 33m2, which is designed to allow outdoor dining and barbecue parties. If you go up to the second floor through the internal stairs, there is one room and an indoor terrace. You can sit on the sofa and table on the terrace and enjoy the lake view. Each room has a queen bed and an extra bed, and an extra mattress is provided if needed. The yard was composed of a lawn garden, and each season, different flowers bloomed to create a beautiful landscape. Guest access This is a private pension where you can use the entire accommodation building and the entire yard. This is an accommodation that only one team or one family can use. The indoor boiler switch is located on the wall inside the room on the first floor.If you want to heat, please press the power button and set the temperature. Even if you set it below 25 degrees, the heating will be sufficient. If you need a lot of hot water, you can press the hot water button. After using the hot water, you need to press the 'Indoor' button again to continue heating. In the summer when you don't need heating, you need to press the power button and press the hot water button to use the warm water. After using the hot water, you can only turn it off to prevent the room from heating up. The second floor has an electric heating film on the floor. The power switch is on the wall inside the bed, and you can turn it on to the second or third stage after turning on the power switch. If you raise it to 4 or more, you are very concerned about overheating. You must turn off the power switch when not in use or when checking out. 4. Since the host does not live here, the barbecue and fire pit are operated by advance reservation. You must make a reservation at least one day before you enter. Barbecue provides grill, charcoal, lighter, blower, grate, gloves, tongs, etc. and charges 30,000 KRW. Bulmung provides 10 kilos of firewood, initiator, tongs, gloves, etc. and receives 20,000 won. The stairs going up and down the second floor are rather steep. Please take extra care with the elderly or children. 7. Our house is not a pet-only accommodation, but a pet-friendly accommodation. Therefore, the conditions of use are relatively tricky instead of not being charged separately. Also, please note that we are only able to accommodate pets in any case where we acknowledge the host's indemnity. Pets are allowed up to one small dog. However, a cleaning deposit of 30,000 won will be charged separately. It is a condition to return the vacuum cleaner when you leave, and if there is no contamination or damage, it will be returned after leaving the room.They must not be put on the bed. More than 15 kilos, furry dogs, shiba dogs, retrievers, etc. are not allowed. If you have more than one, you'll need to book with the host's prior consent. Cats are never allowed. 8. Please separate garbage from recycling and general garbage and put it in the large garbage bin provided outdoors. Please put it in plastic, seal it, and put it in the outdoor garbage bin.
