Relax in a king-size bed and super comfortable mattress, use the working place, enjoy fondue & raclette. The place is ideally located 2min walk from an outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts, and the ski lift is 10min walk, or 5min by free bus. Wonderful Promenade along the river and Nordic ski are 3 min walk away. 10min walk to the center and the train station. The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a stylish, traditionally-built 1970's building. It consists of - one bedroom with a king-size bed and a working desk; - 1.5 bathrooms; a kitchen; - a traditionally-arranged living+dining area with a 2-place sofa-bed; - a fireplace; - a balcony; - shared washer & dryer in the basement level; - shared skiing-preparation area; - outdoors private parking; - shared lawn; bicycles upon request for longer stays. Guest access You have access to the apartment, the shared laundry, ski-equipment areas, and the shared lawn. Upon request, we can provide you with bicycles. Other things to note * If you use the fireplace, we will ask you to add CHF 35.- for cleaning. * For an extra mattress we will ask you to add CHF 35.- for laundry & ironing. * Guest tax needs to be paid at the tourist office: Fr. 5.50 per day/person, including children from their 12th birthday. The cards provide you free local bus, train, ice-skating as well as reduction at the outdoor pool in Klosters and indoor pool in Davos.
