This is a normal family home and neighbors live downstairs and upstairs. It can only be used for resting on your trip, and if you agree to the following precautions for noise, please make a reservation. -Use for party and gathering purposes is not allowed. - No noise after 9pm. - Please refrain from excessive drinking in the room. - Please refrain from entering or showering after 12pm. We receive complaints. * In the early morning hours, small noise such as the sound of water, footsteps, and conversations may also be disturbed by the neighbors. If you are coming with children, please be careful not to run inside. -Use of air conditioner is restricted from November to March. Please adjust the room temperature with the boiler. - For pest control such as bedbugs, bedding is dried at high temperatures using a dryer every time. -Parking is not allowed. * Please use the Dohwa Public Parking lot, which is a 5-minute walk away. (250 KRW per 5 minutes/No daily pass) -The upper and lower houses of this accommodation are general family houses, so please pay special attention to noise after 9pm. -This accommodation is a non-party property. Please make a reservation for the purpose of rest for your trip only. -No pet -Accommodation and visits are only possible for pre-designated people. -If you are accompanied by a child, please book as a child for 24 months or more.
