You can enjoy 100mt far from sea with sea view terrace&balcony. Can make BBQ(pre-check need) in garden and sunbathe in terrace with own privacy. Villa has 3 floor with 2 wc and bathroom. 3 queen size bedroom. We provide 2nd&3th floor to guests. Can walk to sea 2mins. You can fishing and diving in beach. You can enjoy with bosphorous view. You will wake up with birds sounds and relax in terrace which nearby olive trees also can eat organic vegetable also can drink local wine with ordered. The space You can walk or run in beach area. Very good fishing spot with professional fishing rope. Beach are little stoney but inside of sea is all sand but there is special dock which you can use. You can take chair and table to sea/beach side and relax. Villa has everything for your comfort, fresh&clean towels, sheets, pillows. Special groups or organizations should be arrangable. Area has on one of the coolest wine route in turkey(trakya wine route). And the town has famious with wine, grapes, fish and shrimp(best quality shrimps in turkey sea). You can buy in harbour from fishermans fresh. Owner can offer special historical tour of Gallipolu and Towns&Villages. Airport transfer can be arrangable from İstanbul Airport. Town bus statiton transfer can be served.(from Sharkoy bus station.) There is public minibus to town(mürefte) and city center(sharkoy). Guest access Villa is 15mins far from Sharkoy bus station(10km). And from Town(Mürefte) 15mins by walk or with public transport 3 mins.(1.5km.) Istanbul Airport has 142km away from villa like 2.30 hour away, airport transfer can be arrangable. Other things to note the villa has password access door. There is two special sunbed which you can use in terrace and also matress. There are few camping seats which you can use in beach. There are always special drinks at home can served with order.
