Or just across the street at the marina one of the largest catamaran companies offers full day sailing, beach and snorkeling tours. Owners live upstairs in completely separate apartment but are available if you need anything. It is required that guests staying longer than 2 weeks will have housekeeping services provided at the guest's expense on a bi-weekly schedule.
