Welcome to our Oak & Maple Lake House cottage backing to Young Lake and nestled with trees on the lake! This place is located on 3 acres land and have ample parking spot for our guests. The exterior is rustic but chic with all brand new furniture, mattress. Ideal for couples or families seeking relaxation, water activities, lakeside campfires, and breathtaking sunsets! Your adventure begins at Oak & Maple Lakehouse. Join us for an unforgettable! The space Game room is filled with pool table and Dart board and lot of board games for the cold and raining days. The property is nestled on a 158x925' lot, providing plenty of green space in the backyard, perfect to enjoy lawn games. This property has Direct Access to Lake. Your adventure awaits at OAK & MAPLE LAKEHOUSE. We can't wait to host you! Guest access Guests have access to entire house and yard (158'x925') as well as the local community park Kindly note there is poison ivy in the wooded area at back of our property Other things to note: Fresh linens and towels are provided. Air conditioning/baseboard heat/Propane Heater/ Wood fireplace WiFi included Bluetooth speaker propane BBQ (propane provided) The huge water jars for drinking and cooking during your stay. You can find the water jars in the garage. A full range of adult life jackets available in garage but bring your own to be sure for your own safety. No kids life jacket are available. A full range of sports equipment available for you to use during your stay in the garage. Activities like badminton, baseball, cricket, soccer , kids kayak and peddle boat available during your stay. Please use gently and put them back to the proper place. All guests must wear a life jacket while you are doing any activity on the lake and guests assume all risks when conducting any activities on the property. Please put away dry life jackets. Guests are free to use paddle boat and a kids kayak at their own risk. Keurig coffee machine is available but please bring your own pods. We have neighbors, please be respectful as we value those relationships. Note: We might have the lawn maintenance visiting depending on their schedule run. Guest access PIN code will be provided closer to the check-in Other things to note There is a security deposit of $500 required which will be refunded at the end of the stay assuming all is fine. This will be requested separately and is separate from other fees as applicable.
