A few pointers to make your stay easy, comfortable & green. No late night parties or loud music, there are other who stay in the society as well :) Please remember to switch off the air-conditioning/geyser before leaving the house. Trash is segregated into wet & dry. Garbage bags have been provided for. Please leave the trash bags near the big dustbins near the steep slope. It's collected everyday in the morning. Cleaning of the house can be done by yourself or a cleaning lady can be booked on advance notice for a fee of Rs 300/- to 500/- per visit depending upon the workload. Please do note that the cleaning charges on airbnb are for before & after stay. During the stay cleaning would be your prerogative. The water heater in the bathroom provides wonderful hot water in about 5-10 mins of being switched on. Please do remember to switch if off after use. Handwash is provided but do carry your toiletries. Fresh linen like bedsheets, towels with extras have been provided. For longer stays, they can be changed once a week. Please do give the dirty linen for wash once changed so that the same can be cleaned & given back for further use. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and cutlery but please carry your basics of oil, salt, sugar and other necessities. Smoking is better outside in the balcony / lawn.
