Summer cottage by the lake

Summer cottage with sheltered and sunny location with the lake 200 meters below. About 1 hour and 15 minutes from Oslo and 25 minutes to Strømstad. The cabin was built in 2014 with "housing standard" and good qualities. Exit to a large patio that is sheltered from wind and view. Here there is also an awning that can be used to shield against the sun and extend the amazing summer evenings. The space Total area is 115 sqm divided into 2 parts: Main part: Living/dining room and kitchen, WC. There is also a small loft that can be used as a sleeping alcove (bed no. 9). Sleeping area: Bedroom 1: 2 x 90 cm bunk beds (downstairs there is a mattress on the floor) Bedroom 2: 160 cm double bed. Bedroom 3: 160 cm double bed Bedroom 4: 180 cm double bed Good parking for 3-4 cars outside the cottage wall. Guest access The entire cabin is available, but the shed is locked with private belongings. Other things to note We can do the cleaning for NOK 2,500 or you can do it yourself. Rental of bed linen is possible for NOK 150 per person. Towels NOK 50,- per person.
