The Old Dairy is situated on Church Road in the North Norfolk coastal village of Trimingham, 7 miles from Cromer. If you are looking for a place to relax and recharge, this picturesque 2 bedroom cottage is set within beautiful countryside and has access to many different walking routes, including the well known Norfolk Coastal path which is just across the road. The space This lovely cottage has been converted from the scullery and dairy of the owners adjoining property, Church Farm House. Packed with original features from its past, it gives both character and comfort. Downstairs there is a well equipped kitchen which includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and electric double oven. A fridge freezer is situated in the dairy area. Moving through from the dairy, there is a large shower room with toilet and basin. The large lounge is the perfect resting place after a busy day, nestle into the sofa or armchair and fire up the log burner on a chilly eve! There is a smart television and a selection of books for your enjoyment. Upstairs you will find a separate bathroom with bath, toilet and sink, and an airing cupboard for your towels. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 large double and 1 single. The velux windows provide a light and airy feel throughout and there is ample storage space for all your essentials. Guest access This is a self contained 2 bedroom cottage which you will have entire access to, plus a small private outdoor seating area and 1 parking space on the property. Other things to note Please note, we regret that this property may be unsuitable for families with very young children because of the amount of stairs and uneven surfaces due to its age.
