Va Beach, The Seaside Serenity-Quiet shared home

Cozy, quiet coastal themed bedroom, just 8 miles to the beach and 3 miles from Town Center. Located in a shared home with the owners, guests have a private bedroom and a shared hallway bathroom (shared with one other guest room). PLEASE NOTE: No kitchen, microwave or backyard access as this is our full-time residence. Our home is not equipped for children or infants. A mini fridge and coffee station is provided in the room with complimentary water, snacks and coffee essentials. The space The Seaside Serenity is a beachy delight. This beautiful coastal theme guest room is complete with a comfortable queen size bed with lighted headboard and a place in the headboard to charge your phone and an extra standard outlet. Bed linens, towels, mattress pad and pillow covers which all get washed after each guest checks out. PLEASE NOTE: no kitchen, microwave or backyard access as this is our full-time residence. We appreciate your understanding of this important house rule. There are insulated room darkening curtains, with an extra blanket, ceiling fan, 1 extra folding chair in the closet as well a luggage a rack for your convenience. The closet also has a fire extinguisher, ironing board and iron. A mini fridge and coffee station is provided in the room with complimentary snacks, water bottles and coffee essentials. For your convenience we have a 32" Roku Tv which you can stream your favorite services during your stay. The signal strength is Excellent. We do not have cable, however Roku TV offers 350+ channels, from live news, weather, sports, food & home, reality tv and more. This is a NO tobacco smoking property. Cigarettes, Pipes, Cigars and Chewing Tobacco are NOT ALLOWED ON THE PREMISE. I am allergic! Vapes are fine as long as they are used outside. At that time, I will forward you the door code with unlocking instructions. The host will be in the house your entire stay and will gladly help you with any questions or suggestions for places to visit, eat or sightsee. Other things to note We do not offer guest access to the backyard. Due to liability we DO NOT ALLOW GUESTS to use the hot tub or pool. Please respect our rules. This is a NO tobacco smoking property. Our home is professionally treated on a regular basis for pests, and we take great care in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. Because we are in a coastal city, there is a small chance you may see the occasional palmetto bug or other insect. Most guests never encounter them, but we like to be transparent so there are no surprises. Please note that this is a natural part of the environment in Virginia Beach and refunds will not be issued for an occasional sighting.
