This typical house of the Tours region, recently renovated, is ideally located to discover the region of the Châteaux de la Loire (Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Langeais, Rigny-Usse, L'Islette, Chinon...), explore Tours and its old quarters or enjoy the Loire by bike. This pleasant accommodation overlooking the Indre is located in a small village offering all amenities within walking distance in 5 to 10 minutes. Looking forward to welcoming you to our beautiful region! The space The cottage has a large living room on the ground floor with a kitchen, living room, dining area and workspace. Also a shower room with toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90*200 beds. Each bedroom includes a closet or wardrobe type storage space. A private plot allows you to eat outside with a dedicated dining area as well as 2 armchairs allowing you to enjoy the outdoors. The coffee maker is a Senseo. There is also a raclette grill available. The cottage has a parking space in front of the house. The gîte was completely renovated in late 2023/early 2024. Linens, towels and dish towels are provided. A baby crib + mattress can be provided free of charge upon request. Books and games (memory, figurines, dolls, board games...) for children are available. The gite has fiber optic Wi-Fi. A 5/10-minute walk to the heart of the village with bakery, butcher, pharmacy, tobacco/press office, restaurant, hairdresser, beautician and medical house. A G20 supermarket is also available in the village as well as a children's playground (15/20 minutes walk). The cottage is located close to the main castles of the Loire (Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry, Langeais, Amboise, Chinon...) but also to major sites such as the zoos of Beauval or Doué-la-Fontaine or the Futuroscope. Also beautiful hikes to do from the cottage with access to the Promenade des Moulins to discover Pont-de-Ruan (small village nearby). During the month of December, it's an opportunity to discover "Christmas in the land of castles" with beautiful decorations, nighttime events and entertainment in many castles.
