The space You have full access to the property, entering through a private door. The home spans over three levels, starting from the entrance floor. On the second floor, you'll find a living room with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a dining table, and a cosy snug area perfect for board games or reading a book. The fully equipped kitchen features an induction hob, oven, built-in microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils, washing machine, and dishwasher. An iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack are available in the store cupboard. The bathroom includes a bath and shower, along with complimentary toiletries. On the third floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, bedside tables, dressing tables, hairdryers, and clothes rails. One of the bedrooms also has an ensuite bathroom. The lockbox is conveniently located by the property door. We will provide access details for the lockbox on the day of your arrival. Other things to note Dogs; We allow a maximum of 2 well behaved, house trained dogs. Please let us know if you are bringing dogs with you. A £25 pet fee per stay applies. Parking; There are no designated parking spaces at the apartment. You may park briefly to unload, then move your car to the nearby Burnley Road car park, which is about a 3 minute walk away. The car park operates on a pay and display basis from Monday to Saturday, 8am-6pm, 40p per hour with all day parking available for £2.
