Our house offers space, tranquility, nature, hospitality and the perfect backdrop for unforgettable days. The space Private jetty and sunbathing lawn - perfect for sunbathing, swimming and relaxing right on the water. Lovingly designed garden with cozy sitting area – ideal for relaxing evenings with friends. Barbecue and fire basket area – for mild evenings in the open air. Large kitchen with dining and living area – perfect for cooking together and rainy weather. Private bedrooms - 4 guest rooms with private bathrooms for your personal comfort and retreat. Fishing on the property - with valid permission. Canoe rental right next door – for relaxing hours on the water. Picturesque bike paths right outside the door – ideal for exploring the forests, meadows and bird sanctuaries. Central starting point – ideal for day trips to Berlin, Potsdam or Brandenburg. Family-friendly surroundings – with highlights such as Spargelhof Klaistow, Filmpark Babelsberg and Karls Erdbeerhof. Guest access You have access to all areas of the garden – including the cozy courtyard garden, the extensive sun meadow and the jetty on the lake. The property comprises four rooms, each with its own bathroom. Rooms 3 & 4 have a separate entrance via the terrace – ideal for guests who want a little more privacy. Rooms 1 & 2 share a front door and are especially well suited to families or friends traveling together. All rooms are heated and remain cool even on hot days. The spacious kitchen with adjoining living and dining area is ready for you - a place to cook, chat and enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped – including a dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, fridge and everything you need to cook. A large parking space is available directly at the house free of charge. Other things to note Shopping: Supermarkets and restaurants are minutes away. Pets: Our two cats also live on the farm. Your own pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms, but reception is rather weak outside. Parking: Free parking directly on the property.
