The space The 1st floor of the apartment has a bright and pleasant kitchen with Ikea furnishings, solid wood countertop with sink and placed appliances (stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher). The kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space, as well as plenty of space for a dining group for up to 7 people. From the kitchen there is a partially open solution into the living room. The living room is bright and relatively spacious, as well as equipped with a newer fireplace. From the living room you have direct access to a southwest facing garden and plot of approx. 27 m2 The 2nd floor of the apartment contains two bedrooms, with built-in wardrobes. Bedroom no. 2 has access from bedroom no. 1. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (150x200cm) and a single bed (75x200cm) Bedroom 2 has a double bed (150x200cm) and a double sofa bed. The house has a bathroom/laundry room with toilet, wall shower and combined washing machine and dryer on the 2nd floor. Guests can rent bed sets with towels, NOK 150 per set, please contact the host before arrival. Final cleaning can be arranged, please contact the host before arrival. Information about this will be provided upon rental. Guest access Guests have access to the 1st and 2nd floor as well as terrace, garden and parking for 2 cars. There is a possibility for charging a car with a Type2 charger. Other things to note Guests throw away garbage and clean up after themselves. If no cleaning service has been agreed upon, all floors, sofas, stairs and carpets are expected to be vacuumed. Furthermore, all surfaces and floors, toilet with shower and kitchen are to be washed. Cleaning equipment is located at the end of the hallway. Dishwashing instructions are in the kitchen. When renting bed linen and/or paid cleaning, the tenant must remove the bed linen, throw away garbage and put on the dishwasher. Lack of or poor cleaning will be invoiced.
