Double bedroom in Caversham w Garden

Peaceful bedroom enjoying views over the garden with ample storage for either short or long stays. Conveniently located for transport, local amenities, parks and countryside on the doorstep. We have a v friendly Spaniel. She is confined to downstairs and is very much people and child friendly. The space Well stocked kitchen with lots of helpful equipment. You will have your own cupboard and are welcome to use of the fridge. Bathroom has double shower + bath. You are welcome to use the well maintained garden and its produce. Guest access The house is accessed via a key which is inside a lockbox. You will be sent the code to the lock box by 1330 local time on the day of arrival. Please ensure the code is not lined up when not in use. While there are two sets of keys within the lockbox there is only one set per room so please do not take both pairs as these may be for other guests. The bedroom is located on the first floor up fairly narrow stairs. Please note that there is a step down to enter the room. The house is very conveniently located just a 10 min walk from Reading station (with a ridiculously large number of transport options) and Caversham town centre with all it's amenities. There are also a couple of different bus stops about 2mins walk away. Sadly, because of this, parking is very strictly regulated. We do have a limited number of visitors parking permits. Please let us know if you think you will need some of these and we will do our best to accommodate you. During your stay We will send an SMS by 1330 local time on the day of arrival with the code for the lockbox. Please can you ensure that the code is NOT lined up after use and that the lockbox is always closed. While there are two sets of keys in the lockbox there is only one set per room. Please do not take the second set as this may be for other guests. Guests are welcome to check out any time after 15:00 and check out any time before 11:00. However, please note that between 21:00 and 07:00 the lights in the common areas are likely to be off. You are welcome to use a torch of your own choosing (i.e. your phone) - we do not provide one - but you do so at your own risk and we ask you to be considerate of other people in the house when doing so. Feel free to message if you have any issues and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as we can. Please note that we are unlikely to respond to any communication between 9pm - 7am. Other things to note This is NOT a professional let and is very much a residential home. This room is on the first floor. The stairs are fairly narrow and there is a step down to get into the room.
