Located in a quiet hamlet, within the Gwennigou farm, you can enjoy the fresh air of the holidays during your walks in the nearby paths or simply by resting in the shade of a chestnut tree. The space This 100 m2 cottage with 8 beds (including a sofa bed) has all the necessary comfort on 2 levels: on the ground floor a large room (with TV and Wi-Fi), a kitchen, a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet; upstairs 2 bedrooms (double beds), a bathroom with bathtub, toilet. It is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a traditional oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle and coffee maker and all cooking utensils. You also have a terrace overlooking a large garden equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Guest access Ideally located, you can discover the beautiful city of Quimper (15 km away), Locronan (the most beautiful medieval village in France 7 km away), the Crozon peninsula (30 km away), Brest (with its naval base and Océanopolis 40 km away) or about an hour away, visit the walled town of Concarneau, the museums of Pont-Aven, the vast spaces of Pointe du Raz and the lively ports of Pays Bigouden or Cap. The Sentier des Douaniers (GR34) awaits you to enjoy incredible views from the top of the steep cliffs and smell the fresh ocean air. If the mild heat encourages swimming, the vast beaches of Sainte Anne La Palud or Pentrez are waiting for you (15 km away) or, go and cool off in the clear waters of the beaches of Bénodet or Fouesnant (30 km away). Other things to note If you want to spend your vacation with families or with many friends, a 2nd gîte with 4 beds of the same standard is available for your use. Cleaning fee: €80. Upon request, an additional cleaning service can be provided during the stay for an extra €50. A dog is allowed for a fee of €50. NB: It will be able to stretch its legs on a fenced outdoor terrace of 40m2.
