We have a range of cottage accommodation types from cozy 1 bed cottages to a spacious 2 bed suite. Some have courtyard garden access. We are also only 3 miles away from Durham Centre, with a bus stop only 200 yards away. The space No 1 Cottage, a self contained suite featuring a comfortably furnished living space with fitted kitchenette, table and chairs, storage, hanging space, sofa and Smart TV. Plus bedroom with king size bed, storage and ensuite shower room. Private, cosy, perfect for a short stay in County Durham. Guest access Each of our cottages, including this one, has its own secure entrance, access using a key from the uniquely coded secure key safe by the door, provided before arrival. Other things to note No 1 Cottage is only suitable for 1 dog and there is a charge of £20 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning . if you have more than 1 dog our superior rooms would be more suitable.
