The space Important before booking: The garage has an electric door and is intended for a mid-size car. Its dimensions are 5.10 m long × 2.60 m wide × 2.10 m high. A maximum of two vehicles are allowed: one medium-sized vehicle in the garage and one large vehicle in front of the house. Climate: The master bedroom has a window air conditioner, which is sufficient to keep it comfortable. In the upstairs hallway, there is a mini-split air conditioner that is shared between the other two bedrooms. Its location also allows some of the cool air to reach the ground floor. With both units running, the upper floor stays comfortable on hot days. The second bedroom is especially practical for families with children or teenagers: It has a bunk bed with a double bed and a single bed on top, as well as another single bed that pulls out from the bottom. It has a large closet, a ceiling fan, and laminate flooring. The third bedroom has a single bed, a ceiling fan, and laminate flooring. It shares the lobby's mini-split air conditioner. The ground floor currently does not have a separate air conditioning unit. The cold air from the mini-split can help cool it down, depending on the settings and conditions. On hot days, we recommend keeping the windows closed and the doors between rooms open to promote air circulation. Therefore, we ask that you join us in being mindful about conserving water, limiting water use to 1,200 liters per day. When this water supply runs out, service is reactivated at 3 am the next day.
