House for family travel

Our spacious house (165m2) is located in Oyon, a small town in the province of Alava, an important landmark on the first route of the Camino de Santiago. Ideal place to disconnect from everyday-life and enjoy the tranquillity of the area. This village, located at an altitude of 440m above sea level, preserves stately houses of great historical interest. You can also visit by car Logroño (15min) or reach Pamplona and La Rioja(1h). For 9 guests, it is ideal for groups/families. The space The property is a terraced house with direct access from the street. There are steps to climb to access. As can be seen in the photos, the house consists of the following spaces: GROUND FLOOR: - living room with a TV and a sofa - a separate kitchen with dining table - 1 bathroom - access to a small backyard FIRST FLOOR: - 1 bedroom with a double bed (200x180) and an ensuite bathroom - 1 bedroom with a double bed (190x140) - 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x190) - 1 bathroom ATTIC: - a sleeping area with a double bed and a single bed **Please note: being an attic, it can be low in some corners. It is a warm and cosy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property has heating through a gas boiler with radiators in all rooms. There's a thermostat to regulate it. Hot water is provided by a gas heater. Parking on the street is available and free of charge. In addition, you can park in the interior ramp, next to the property. The travel crib is always in the house, stored in the closet. You must bring your own sheets. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization. Arrival available from 16h to 20h, for any other time please contact us before booking. Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register. If you don't provide the requested data before arriving, your reservation will be canceled without refund. Thank you for your understanding.
