The B&B Locanda Pinà is a non-commercial accommodation facility nestled in the green hills of the Marche region. Located in a farmhouse in the open countryside, one hundred metres above sea level and three kilometres from the coast, it offers a quiet and relaxing environment. Imagine yourself sitting in the shade of the mulberry trees, watching the quiet, slow passing of warm summer days, accompanied by the song of the cicadas and cooled by a breeze that smells of the sea and freshly cut wheat. The price per night shown is for a single room, guaranteeing a private and peaceful stay. The space Locanda Pinà is one of two adjoining apartments in a country house owned by Marco, who lives in the other apartment with his sons Alessandro and Francesco and, during the summer, with his partner Rosaria. Access to the property is from the main road, through a large gate that leads to the courtyard where you can conveniently park cars or motorbikes. There are separate entrances, and Marco and his family will be there to welcome you. Guests can arrive from 1:00 pm until midnight. At the top of the stairs, there are numbered combination boxes located on the right near the door to the sleeping area, while on the left is the door to the breakfast room. The key to the assigned room is in the box with the room number, and the code will be provided at check-in. The bathroom is shared with a maximum of five guests in total. In the hallway, there is a small refrigerator, a kettle for water and a selection of books for favourite reading, available to everyone. The Wi-Fi network is available with the password indicated on the inside of each door. The rooms do not have a TV. Continental breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 9:00 am, with assistance available for service. The rooms and bathroom are cleaned from 10:30 am onwards, and we kindly ask that you vacate them by that time. Guests can enjoy the large garden with chairs and tables in the shade. For mountain bike enthusiasts, Marco is happy to point out dirt tracks for exploring the surrounding area. Guest access Guests will have access to the bedrooms, bathroom, breakfast room during breakfast and outdoor spaces. The kitchen is not available for guests. During your stay Guests will be able to find us in the adjoining apartment, in the outdoor spaces and we will be present during breakfast and cleaning. Two emergency call bells are located in the shared bathroom and on the breakfast room door, which also communicate with the adjacent apartment. However, we will be available via cell phone 347/5756818 in case we are absent. Other things to note The price is for one room only. There is no battery charging for electric vehicles.
