The space Welcome to our cozy and humble 2-bedroom home — a peaceful retreat in Singleton, right across from one of the town’s lovely parks and walking tracks. Whether you’re here to unwind with a glass of Hunter Valley wine or settle in after a day of work, our place is designed to feel like home. Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area — perfect for cooking up a meal, relaxing on the lounge, or catching up on your favourite streaming shows. We’ve been lovingly renovating our home over the past couple of years, blending comfort with character. The laundry still features the original concrete sink, and we’ve reused beautiful hardwood from the old wall frames as a nod to the home’s history throughout the house. The two bedrooms offer a comfortable queen bed and a luxurious king bed, both made up with soft linen for a restful sleep. Our bathroom is the next space we plan to renovate — it’s compact but fully functional, and part of the charm of staying in a home that’s evolving with care. We’re also just a short walk or drive from Worn Out Wares — one of Singleton’s favourite cafés and florists, perfect for a relaxed breakfast or a browse through beautiful blooms and homewares. A truely unique Hunter Valley gem. Please note: maximum of 4 guests only. Guest access You’ll have full access to our entire home during your stay — including the open-plan kitchen, comfortable living area, and both bedrooms. Entry is via a lockbox at the back door for easy self check-in, and there’s undercover parking right next to the entry, plus plenty of extra parking available. Make yourself at home: cook in the kitchen, relax in the lounge with some local wine and streaming, or enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We’ve also left a guidebook with our favourite local spots to explore. Other things to note This is our home when we’re not hosting on Airbnb, so we’d really appreciate you treating it with the same care and love we’ve put into it. We’ve created this space to be warm, welcoming, and lived-in — and we hope it feels that way for you too. You’re more than welcome to help yourself to the goodies in the pantry — it’s there to be enjoyed! We’ve got wonderful neighbours and live in a quiet, peaceful street, so we just ask that noise is kept to a minimum, especially in the evenings. The home is professionally cleaned before each stay, but if anything feels off when you arrive, please let us know straight away and we’ll do our best to sort it quickly. We also have external security cameras (outside only), but these are switched off during your stay. They’re just there to keep an eye on things when the house is empty.
