Aphrodite Hills Rentals - 4 Bedroom Superior Villa

This majestic Villa is set on a large plot of 1352 meters and is certainly one of Aphrodite Hills’ most Superior Villas, overlooking the sixth fairway of the championship Golf Course. The spacious living area features a stone fireplace, flat-screen TV, and dining area with a modern glass table for eight. Nearby is a twin bedroom with en-suite and pool terrace access. Note : Parties/events are not allowed. The space Presented over three levels, the impressive main entrance door opens into the spacious living quarters. The lounge is tastefully and comfortably furnished and offers a stone built fireplace and large flat-screen TV. To the right is the dining area, featuring a modern glass topped table with eight chairs. The kitchen, with its high-quality dark wood units and integral dishwasher, also offers a fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob. Sets of French doors at all sides offer idyllic views over the pool and garden. To the left of the lounge, an inner hall leads to a guest WC and the first of the four bedrooms. This is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shuttered French doors opening out onto the pool terrace. The marble staircase leads up to a small landing area with a door leading onto a large shaded upper terrace. This is well placed for making the most of the beautiful views available from this villa, encompassing the splendor of the Resort, the sparkling sea below and the majestic mountains inland. The master bedroom is also on this level featured with a double bed, ample dressing space and an en-suite shower room offering shower cubicle, vanity unit with “his and hers” wash basins and a WC. Sets of shuttered French doors lead onto a private shaded balcony, from where one can take in the most stunning views over the pool and golf course. On the lower level there are two further bedrooms; both are twin rooms (zip & lock) with bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes. One has an en-suite shower room (featuring a shower cubicle, single vanity unit and WC) whilst the fourth bedroom has a similar shower room adjacent. This room also has a door leading out to an exterior staircase to the rear garden and pool area. Also on the lower level is the utility room housing the washing machine. Outside, the large 6m x 12m overflow swimming pool* with Roman steps takes pride of place in the spacious sunbathing terrace, which is set with ample sun loungers, a handy poolside shower and a table tennis for those fun moments. A lovely covered area is furnished with table and chairs and an additional large shaded area contains a gas barbeque and sink, whilst the lawned garden bordered by fragrant bushes perfectly compliments the relaxed feel … a little piece of alfresco heaven! The pool can be heated at an extra charge. Upon arrival, a credit card authorization is required. Arrivals after midnight and before 7.30am must collect their keys from the Security Gate at the entrance of Aphrodite Hills Resort. Property Details All properties are well equipped and include linen, bath and pool towels. All properties are privately owned and decorated and furnished to the owners’ individual taste. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom (except infants in baby cot). The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded. No pets allowed. Some of our swimming pools can also be heated. Should you require the pool to be heated, there is an extra cost depending on the pool size and fuel consumption and should be requested upon booking. Note : Parties/events are not allowed. CLEANING OPTIONS • Tidy-up of property: crockery washing, rubbish disposal, toilet and bathroom cleaning, fresh towels, new bathroom supplies, prepare beds, dusting. Guests staying in a Premium Serviced Apartment, will receive the ‘Tidy-Up’ in their property daily. • Mid-Stay Clean of property: crockery washing, rubbish disposal, toilet and bathroom cleaning, fresh towels, new bathroom supplies, change linen, detailed dusting, and patio cleaning. All properties receive the ‘Mid-Stay Clean’ in their property daily on the 3rd or 4th day, typical for a 7 night stay. • Full sets of pool and bath towels are provided in each property on arrival. These are replenished on the mid-stay cleaning. Other Resort facilities include the Aphrodite Hills Rentals Kids Club and Playground, a Tennis Academy, a Golf Academy, a Soccer Academy, a Basketball court, a Horse-Riding Club, Cycling Centre and The Retreat Spa. On site an ATM Cash Machine, Medical Centre and a Pharmacy are available. Aphrodite Hills Rentals guests also have exclusive access to the Guest Reception and Lounge area and its facilities.
