La Chouette Gîte with Pool

Come and relax in one of our typical country gites "La Chouette" (also "La Salamandre" and "Le Colibri") in our small estate "Au Jard'Ain". Pets not allowed In a renovated rammed-earth farmhouse from 1881 on a 5000 m² wooded plot, this 50 m² independent cottage for 2 people (or even 4 with the sofa bed) awaits you. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool (shared by our 3 cottages) and the garden. A parking space will be reserved for you in the private courtyard. The space This cottage offers you on the ground floor a living room with kitchen area (fridge, sink, induction stove, combined microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and kitchen utensils), a sitting area with TV and free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, a large bedroom with small office area, a shower room with toilet. A small covered outdoor terrace will allow you to enjoy the beautiful weather. We provide you with towels and bed linen. Baby equipment can be loaned on request (baby bed, baby bath and highchair). Coffee, chocolate and tea are available in the apartment. Provide a supplement of €30 (to be paid on site) for the end-of-stay cleaning if you do not want to take care of it; otherwise there is everything you need on site. Other things to note The accommodation is located 15 minutes from the Belleville-en-Beaujolais exit of the A6 highway and 25 minutes from the Saint-Genis-sur-Menton exit of the A40. It is in the middle of the Macon, Bourg en Bresse, Villefranche sur Saône triangle, 30 minutes from each point, as well as 50 minutes from Lyon. You will stay in the heart of the Dombes, between Bresse, Beaujolais and Mâconnais. Located 10 minutes from the charming small medieval and tourist town of Dombes "Chatillon sur Chalaronne", one of the most beautiful detours in France with several artisanal shops. You will also be close to Touroparc, Cluny, the Roche de Solutré, the Bird Park in Villars Les Dombes, the leisure center of Cormoranche-sur-Saône. The village offers children's games, a restaurant, bakery and grocery store.
