Two large bedrooms at the front boast Queen size beds and ample cupboard space, while a unique third bedroom features a king single bed, ship lap walls, and a hidden fireplace from years gone by. Savor a cup of tea on the verandah while enjoying panoramic mountain views in the distance. The rear family room, adorned with lovely windows, offers a peaceful view of the garden. Your perfect country cottage retreat awaits! Feel right at home as you embark on day trips to Albany, Denmark, & explore the renowned wineries in the area. During the day, immerse yourself in the charm of Mount Barker by exploring the town or enjoying panoramic views from Tower Hill Lookout. Discover nearby award-winning wineries or take on an adventurous hike at Castle Rock Granite Skywalk or Stirling Range National Park. As the day winds down, retreat to the verandah indulging in local wine, cheese, & a breathtaking sunset. Please note that the large green shed at the rear is off-limits and will be locked. However, If you have bikes and would like to ensure their security when not in use, feel free to use the smaller shed house for your convenience. Kindly let us know if you'd like access to the rear house shed for your push bikes or any other items you may have with you. There is a fire pit at the rear of the property - behind the shed house. This area can be used during specific times of year. (April to October) Open flames are NOT permitted during summer months. 1st December until 31st March) Thank you! Other things to note Please note: Our bath/shower is not accessible for individuals with mobility issues, as it requires stepping in and out without additional support features.
