It’s wonderful terrace overlooking the courtyard area of Grunwald II it faces the rising sun and with multiple terraces you have lots of options to sit and watch the world go by! This open plan condo has mosquito screens throughout, the kitchen is well equipped with microwave, toaster, blender, gas stove, and plenty of kitchenware etc. The living room has a comfortable sofa with a fan above. There are multiple dining options for indoor or outdoor on the main terrace. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and a/c, wall to wall closet space and an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a deck off the Master suite with loungers and chairs to enjoy a coffee or relax and read a book. This ground floor bedroom has a queen size bed, a/c and wall to wall closet space with a bathroom, shower & laundry in the washroom just outside the bedroom door. Guest access The residential community of Grunwald II has private parking, garden with swimming pool and 24 hour security. There is a local gym within walking distance and the joining fee will depend on how many times you wish to go (a day, week or month(s)). Within walking distance are restaurants with international and local cuisine, pharmacy, grocery, boutiques and other shops. One of the best beaches on the island is just a 5 minute walk. All bars, cafes, restaurants and beach bars have free wifi. Please respect the hours and rules posted for the pool area and also be considerate of others with no loud music or parties. Please note that all electricity consumed during your stay must be paid for upon check out. I will read the meter (with you) upon arrival and departure. Other things to note Electricity consumed during your stay will be charged at 21 pesos per unit (subject to change). The meter will be read when you arrive and when you depart. For example if you use 50 units during your stay at 21 pesos per unit that would total 1050 pesos, which is equivalent to $18 USD. This condo is well situated for a perfect stay, no car is needed unless you wish to explore further afield.
