Central retreat with free parking

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place! Surrounded by green areas, I feel proud to say that my home is the perfect retreat from the daily noise. A 5 minutes walk will take you to the nearest bus stop (buses 35, 151, 152) and reach the central station in only 7 minutes (9 if you're not in the graces of the traffic lights God) Grocery stores are located at 5 minutes or 7 minutes walking distance by crossing the park. The grocery stores are across the street from each other. The space Hi there, Welcome to your cozy getaway in the heart of the city! This modern flat offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, with a bright living room and a relaxing bedroom designed for ultimate comfort. Enjoy your morning coffee in the living room on the sofa while watching your favorite show or at the dinning table while putting together a puzzle. Conveniently located close to bus stops and grocery stores, as well as surround by green areas, this spot is ideal for travelers seeking both relaxation and being in the middle of nature. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this urban retreat has everything you need for stress free get-away! Some practicalities: • The space can host up to 4 people as the sofa in the living room can be turned into a bed but unfortunately it is not child proof. • Clean towels and linens are provided so you don’t have to worry about that. Hair dryer can be found in the bathroom. • The kitchen can be used but I do expect you to treat it as it was your own. Unfortunately, there’s no dishwasher so back to basic with the dishes it is. The flat is usually very quiet as it is not close to a busy street and it is surrounded by green areas. Checkout is before 12pm and should you need more time plase let me know in advance so we can find a solution together. The checkout process couldn't be any easier: simply drop the keys in the mailbox located outside the building and you're all set.
