We provide you remote control of the big electric gate of the property, so you are able to enter the property gate and reach by car the entrance of your garden where you'll find your parking space! In the bedroom there is no air conditioning but consider that the house has big stone walls and this is maybe the most fresh part of the apartment so don't worry ;) Also we provide a fan for this room and if you'll leave the door of the room open the air conditioner of the living room is able to make also the bedroom fresh! - a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet, hairdryer. - a mezzanine with a comfortable double sofa bed. In case you'll finish them you'll be able to find such iteams at all super and mini market or grocery stores. The property is just 3 km from the characteristic village of Casole d'Elsa where you'll find every kind of shops and restaurants you need. Also a small supermarkets, banks and petrol stations. In Colle di Val d'Elsa, about 10 minutes driving from the property you'll find every kind of biggest grocery stores, a super furnished pharmacy in Gracciano area. Here also a very good pizza! The entrance of the freeway Sienna - Florence is about 20 minutes driving from the property. Ideal base also to discover the Chianti area, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, San Galgano abbey! IMPORTANT: We remember that you need to have a car for a comfortable stay here. It's impossible to reach the property with no private car since there is no transport service and the area is not served by taxi, since we are not in a big city! The place is absolutely not ideal for young group of friends who are looking for disco clubs, nightlife and so on.. but it is perfect if you are looking for a cultural, regenerating and relaxing vacation! ROAD NOTE: To reach the farm you have to drive about 250 meters of gravel road. Consider that we have friends that are usual to come here with a small ForTwo Smart car and they have no problems. Also we have normal cars and we feel good! However we have to advise you that in case you think to arrive with a law sport car it is not recommended.
