The bedroom is equiped with a queen bed, with a possibility to add a foldable bed with linens by request for a child, or a third guest. It is somewhat close to Downtown DC (about 45 minutes drive), and only minutes away from Clarskburg premium outlet Private entrance and Parking spaces available. Self check-in The space The entrance is towards the backyard, but right off the side street and there will be a lockbox to get the keys from. The entire apartment, private and completetly separated from the rest of the house, is made from an insulated material that keeps it cool during summer and cozy during winter, however we offer a portable AC unit in the bedroom and a portable fan in the living space for individual convenience. We are nested in a lovely and secure neighborhood with plenty of walking trails and beautiful lakes and close Black Hill Regional Park. Black Hill Regional Park has more than 2,000 acres of land for outdoor recreation and family gatherings, with spectacular views of Little Seneca Lake, where someone can rent a canoe, kayak, or rowboat from Black Hill Boats and explore the natural beauty of the lake by following the Black Hill Water Trail. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, which is fully separated from the main house.
