The space This property has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. A large and open living area and a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, water heater, coffee machine, oven, stove, large refrigerator and freezer. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. Each bedroom, and living area has remote controlled air conditioner. All water is heated. There’s a covered patio and expansive pool that is accessible directly by 3 of the bedrooms. 4 pool lounger chairs are available. The layout is perfect for groups and families. Guest access The entire villa is available for your private use. Other things to note Electricity is at a cost depending on consumption. Approx. 10-15 euros per day. Security: The home is located in a safe community of private Villas. There is 24.7 security at the main gate - ensuring your safety. Gardener and Pool Maintenance: the gardener and pool cleaner come daily to maintain the pool and water the plants. Housekeeper and cooking services: included in your stay is daily cleaning service from our housekeeper. She also can prepare meals and is a wonderful cook. For babies and children: We have a pack and play available to guests upon request. Please bring your own sheets for the baby crib. A vetted Nanny is also available upon request.
