Parking at our facilities is free and consists of two places; if you need them, please inform us when booking, as we will require your vehicle details to allow access. The condominium's common areas, which include: swimming pool, gym, a bar and a terrace on the ground floor, must be taken care of and the building's regulations must be respected for their use. The building staff is independent of us, so we appreciate your kindness and respect towards them. Please note that we are in a residential building and only own the apartment, so it is important to maintain proper and respectful behavior with neighbors and building rules. Other things to note FREE CLEANING For stays longer than 7 nights, we will perform a simple cleaning (sweeping, mopping and dusting) every 3rd day. For stays longer than 15 nights, we will carry out a general cleaning with a change of linens and towels weekly, in addition to the simple cleaning every 3rd day. Both cleanings will be scheduled alternately based on schedule and availability. This service is optional and not mandatory for both parties. INVOICING If you need an invoice, please request it after your stay, providing the RFC (Tax ID), name, tax address and email of the beneficiary for sending. Please note that the invoice will be issued for the amount of products and services charged as a host, and billing for fees charged by Airbnb is the responsibility of that entity. Some services such as electricity, internet and gas are provided by other companies, and any problems will be reported immediately. NOTE ON AIR CONDITIONING Warning: Avoid lowering the air conditioner temperature below 20 degrees, as this can block the equipment and cause damage. If it is necessary to send personnel to unlock the equipment and perform maintenance due to improper use, a charge will be applied for the technician's visit. Respecting this rule is essential to avoid problems and ensure the proper operation of the equipment.
