The space The house was recently completely renovated and thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of a tropical environment, making you feel as comfortable as at home. The double-height wood ceilings keep the air flowing and the house cool even on the hottest days. There are ceiling fans in every area, and a central air conditioning system is available in the main living room. Natural light fills the house, and lush tropical gardens surround it. An outdoor shower offers instant refreshment at any time of the day. There is filtered water and hot water throughout the house. The living room and kitchen share a spacious open area. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all cookware and dining ware to prepare your meals. There are two charming bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds, both with bright natural light. The house has one bathroom with a hot water shower, a laundry room with a washing machine, and a dining table for four people. The beautiful cedar entrance door of Spanish inspiration is the trademark of the house, and the wide porch with stylish round columns facing the meadows and the gravel road to Nosara will certainly become your favorite spot. A sliding door opens from the porch to the living area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The neighborhood, Cantarrana, is 2 km or a 5-minute drive from the center of Sámara on the road to Nosara, overlooking beautiful green meadows. It is a very secure and quiet area of Sámara, away from the crowds. Cantarrana, meaning "the place where the frogs sing," lives up to its name. On moonlit nights, the air fills with a symphony of frogs from the nearby creeks and ponds, creating a soothing and unique melody. Guest access Guests have access to the entire front house on the property, which shares the grounds with only one other house located toward the back. The garden areas for both houses are separated by tropical plants, giving each home its own private garden space. Each house also has its own designated parking space for convenience. Other things to note ✦ If you need to accommodate more than 4 people, there is sofa bed for two people , the price for each additional guest will be 20$ per person per night, but if you need bigger accomodations there is a smaller guest house on the same property with another 3 beds (sleeps 4 one queen and two singles) and kitchen and bathroom. Please refer to our listings or send us a message for more information. ✦ The house is situated at the front of a large fenced property shared only with one smaller house, our Ranchito Chalet in the back. The houses do not share any amenities or areas except for the main gate, and each house has its own private parking space and garden area, subtly delimited by bushes, to ensure privacy for all guests. ✦ We respect your privacy and do not use security cameras inside the house. There are three exterior cameras visible in the driveway, front and backyard, which are not directed at areas where there is a higher expectation of privacy, such as the outdoor shower, and are only there for security purposes. ✦ There are no pets in the house; however, cats and dogs from nearby houses may visit the property, as well as other animals like raccoons, coatis and armadillos. If you are traveling with your pet, please note that the fence is not animal-proof and other animals may also enter.
