Yet there are ample sound proof and we try to be as respectful as possible.◃---▹ ✤ PARKING SPACE FOR 1 CAR ONLY (TANDEM) ✤ ◃---▹Guest shares the left side of driveway with the Host. Guest must park on the left side driveway close to the edge of the driveway but all wheels must be within the driveway. This will allow space for the host to park behind you. Instruction on the parking spot will be provided at the time of check-in. Only 1 parking spot available. CAR SPACE IS FOR A REGULAR SIZE CAR( NO VAN, TRUCK ) Car should be parked on the driveway at all times. ✤SEPARATE ENTRANCE THROUGH THE GARAGE✤ ◃---▹Guest need to walk pass through the unfinished Garage before accessing the guest suite! It is safe and secure, and rarely being shared with host and never other guests. Please excuse the slightly unpleasant atmosphere. PARKING ARRANGEMENT: TANDEM 1 Tandem parking spot available, guest will be sharing the left side driveway with host Car space is for regular sized car(no VAN/truck) We kindly ask our Guest to park their car at a Designed Spot close to the edge of the driveway ,but all 4 wheels must be within driveway. Other things to note Penalty Charges: ✤ Additional Kitchen Cleaning if not maintained well : $75.00 Guests are welcome to use all the amenities that comes with the kitchen. To ensure all our future guests get to enjoy the full Airbnb experience. We kindly ask our guests to take care of the kitchen by leaving it in the same condition as you first checked-in. Fees are charged for noise complaints received after 9:00pm ✤ No smoking of any kind are allowed (Penalty Charges applied for removing any odor): $500.00/ incident. ✤ Extra cleaning fees will be charged for stubborn stains caused by eating and drinking on sofa, beds, carpet, and etc: $50.00/ Spots ✤ The check-out time is 11 am. An Extra will be charged for late check-out without notice: $25.00 / hour ✤ Security cameras are strategically positioned throughout the public areas surrounding the property premises. The purpose of these cameras is to ensure the safety of our guests and prevent any breaches of the established rules. The recorded video clips are strictly used for internal purposes and are not shared with any external parties. Guests are strictly prohibited from attempting to disable or tamper with the cameras. Engaging in such activities may result in the guest being immediately expelled from the property without any refund.
