Excellent home for up to 12 (twelve) people on the paradisiacal Praia de Maguariquessaba on Ilha Grande. It is a perfect home to enjoy the days of rest and leisure, enjoying the beach, the clear and warm waters of the bay of Ilha Grande, and the trails of the Atlantic Forest that surrounds it. The house has 3 (three) large suites, with bathrooms equipped with hot water and gas in the sinks and showers. Two suites overlooking the sea and the third overlooking the Atlantic Forest. The suites have air conditioning and ceiling fans, and accommodate up to 4 (four) people each (1 double bed and 2 singles). The great kitchen is fully equipped for 12 (twelve) people and has a large fridge and freezer, blender, electric grill, mixer, a big stove with oven and 5 burners, barbecue and washing machine. The large living room integrated with the kitchen is completely glazed and allows you to enjoy the landscape even inside the house. Around the whole house has a large 3 meter wide balcony where you can enjoy the quiet in the cool of your shade. The lighting of the house is by solar energy avoiding problems with the blackouts.
