We renovated an old house to create this cottage. La Maison du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The house is fully equipped, independent of the owners' house. Guests will enjoy the terrace and private garden. The space La Maison du Chêne can accommodate 5 people: 2 bedrooms with 2 160 x 200 cm beds and 1 90 x 200 cm bed. The accommodation is bright and overlooks a terrace and a private garden. The toilets are separate. Cotton gauze bed linen is provided as well as a cotton bath towel per person. The cottage is completely new in April 2024, we have chosen quality materials, furniture and equipment, the decoration is neat. The accommodation is not wheelchair accessible, the bedrooms are located upstairs. Wood-burning stove is not usable. Guest access The house is located 15 minutes from the Futuroscope, its A10 highway exit as well as its LGV train station (Paris-Poitiers 1 hr 25 min). Poitiers is 25 min/20 km from the cottage. Other things to note On site, you will find a list of equipment that we provide, such as: a raclette grill, a waffle maker, tennis rackets.
