Apt #2

Welcome to Apt #2! A block away from the Pine Street Arena, and Sandstoner Park (which has a playground and a nice beach in the summer). Walking distance to downtown Potsdam, Clarkson, and Suny Potsdam. It has a double bed and a twin-sized bunk bed (sturdy enough for adults/attached to studs). The living room has a couch and a twin-sized air mattress in the chest. Weather permitting, access to the yard, fire pit, picnic table, hammock, and grill. Private entrance. Pet and 420 friendly. The space My partner, Jordan (she/her), and I live in the cottage out back. My dad and older brother live upstairs. Everyone is friendly, and we share the yard. You might see us out walking our dogs. Feel free to say hello! Guest access You are of course welcome to all of Apt #2. Feel free to use the yard by the fire pit. There is a small fenced in area behind the cottage out back. We ask that you don't go in the fence, because the gate is weird, and one of our dogs is an escape artist. She wants to live alone in the woods and doesn't understand her favorite dino stuffy won't be out there with her. Other things to note We don't charge any additional fees (cleaning, etc)!
