Idyllic cottage near the beach

We open our little home to guests who want to experience beautiful Balka Beach. The cottage has a living room with terrace and lounge area in extension, a newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom. We have two nice rooms in the house, but also a fully insulated annex with sleeping places. The cottage on a nature plot on a quiet road with only 400 meters to the water. Note: No animals in furniture and beds. Bed linen, sheets and bath towels are not included. The space The house has: 🛌 Bedroom 1: Double bed 160x200 m. closet 🛌 Bedroom 2: Double bed 140x200 m. with closet 🛌 Bedroom 3: Double bed 160x200 in annex Newly renovated bathroom Newly renovated kitchen with all appliances Large living room with sofa and dining area 3 terraces with dining set and lounge area Barbecue and fire pit Other things to note New waste management on Bornholm Bornholm municipality no longer collects waste in the cottage areas. Therefore, you must dispose of your waste at BOFA or the nearby environmental island at Balka Harbor (400m away) before you travel again. Are you bringing animals? We love pets, but we don't want the sweet creatures to get into furniture and beds - either outside or inside. The garden is not fenced. Remember to pick up after your pet if toilet visits are made in the garden. Also, keep in mind that dogs must be kept on a leash on the beach during the summer months. Do I need to bring my own bed linen? Yes, you must bring your own sheets and duvet and pillow covers. The beds in the house are 160x200 and 140x200, and the bed in the annex is 160x200. Do you smoke? We want to let you know that our cottage is smoke-free.
