This spacious retreat features three cosy double bedrooms and two charming single bedrooms, with 3.5 bathrooms. Enjoy the warmth of working fireplaces and wood burners in all downstairs rooms. If your group is large, we also have a one-bed basement flat on the same property The space Bedroom 1 (master) - super king bed with dressing table, and mirror. This room has an en-suite with a double shower, bath and decorative (not functioning) fireplace. The room is fully functional but needs the finishing touches completed. ( We are working on it and will update the site as we complete projects) There is no access to wardrobes or drawers, but plenty of space for your suitcase. Bedroom 2 - double bed and a comfy chair, has its own fridge and kettle for morning tea. There is no access to the wardrobe but plenty of space for a suitcase. Bedroom 3 - double loft bed with a small writing desk.. drum kit, and piano! There is no access to the wardrobe but loads of space for a suitcase. Bedroom 4 is the yoga room, with a hanging chair and a rocking chair for relaxing. This room has a single bed; we can put an additional air mattress here if required for two people. There is an additional charge for linen if you need an extra bed. Bedroom 5 - This usually is our office, so it has desk space; and a euro size single bed, which means it's slightly wider than your typical single. There is no access to the wardrobe. Outside space - the garden is a work in progress. It’s an outside space that we do our best to maintain but it is outside so there will be evidence of this. As in water and there might be leaves fallen from the trees. Westgate is windy and we can’t control the weather. Guest access The whole house is available to you, for larger groups we have a one bed self contained flat in the basement which can be linked to the house. Other things to note This is a clean, welcoming family home, not a hotel. It has been renovated with care but still has a few finishing touches to complete. Guests who appreciate character, authenticity and the comfort of a real home tend to love their stay. Those seeking hotel-level perfection or a fully serviced environment may prefer a different style of accommodation. EXTRA AIRBED - If you require an extra air mattress please let us know. There is a £10 linen fee for any extra beds or linens. NO PARTIES - We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours and keep things quiet between the house of 11:00pm and 7:00 am. Please no parties.
