This fully renovated 3-bedroom house in the popular suburb of Kensington comfortably sleeps 7 guests. It’s just a few minutes' drive from the city centre and close to the Royal Liverpool University Hospital. The space The lounge is spacious and comfortable, with a cosy dining area and a 50" smart TV for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or shopping. Adjacent to the lounge is the fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the bathroom features a shower over the bath, sink, and WC. Bedroom 1 is a double room. Bedroom 2 is a large double bedroom. Bedroom 3 is a triple room with three single beds and additional storage. With a small backyard area also available, our house is the perfect base to explore the city or work in comfort! Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house. Other things to note To make your stay smooth and enjoyable, here are a few quick reminders: > The lead guest (the person who made the booking) must be 21+, provide a valid government ID, and sign our terms and conditions before check-in. We’ll share check-in details once that’s done. > The lead guest is responsible for all guests—no unregistered guests, parties, or illegal activities, please. > Keep noise to respectful levels between 10 PM and 8 AM. A noise detection device is installed to monitor noise decibel levels only—this helps us maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbours.
