The space The property is a resort hotel with multiple units available, each of which were designed to give you a beautiful place to stay. While the style of the unites is consistent, the layout and view may vary by apartment. • Apartment style accommodation with 1020 sqf. • Equipped kitchen ( pots, pans, cutlery ) + Washer & dryer • Full bath with hair dryer • Big TV in the living room to entertain your group + TV in both Bedrooms • Restaurant and bars onsite • BBQ facilities are available • Accommodates up to 6 people • 1 king bed in each bedroom + 1 Queen sofa in the living room PLEASE NOTE: **THIS PROPERTY DOESN'T HAVE RESORT FEE. → It is prohibited to smoke inside the unit and on the balcony, even with closed windows. Smoking is only allowed in clearly indicated designated smoking areas around the property. → There is no elevator in the resort, there are 3 floors in total. Anyone assigned to the top floor must be able to take the stairs. If you require ground floor or low floor, please ensure to include this in your reservation request and we will do everything possible to accommodate. → This is a timeshare property, however there is no expectation for you to attend tours or sales pitches! The decision is all yours, feel free to decline. → The name on the reservation must be a person of minimum 21 years of age. Your ID will be verified upon checkin in, and no exceptions can be made as this is a regulation in the state of Nevada. → Security Deposit: the resort will swipe your credit or debit card for incidentals. A temporary hold of U$250 per apartment will be placed on your credit or debit card upon check-in. This hold will be released in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
