Pretty Norman house 1.5 hours from Paris

We rent the annex of our house in Bezu la forêt, renovated in 2023 with all modern comforts. Accessible 45 min from Rouen or 1h30 from Paris by car, or by TER (Gisors). 12 km from the charming village of Lyons la Foret. Great for a stay for families or groups of friends! Large 1 hectare park with tennis, petanque court, Ping Pong table, swings for the little ones, big soccer cages The space Completely refurbished, it consists of 4 bedrooms including 2 with double bed 160cm (including a master with its bathroom/bathtub), 1 small bedroom with double bed 140cm and 1 children's room with bunk beds. A remote working space on the upstairs landing A large shower room. TV, DVD player, wifi, library, board games A heated pool from April to October available according to availability (with surcharge ) Other things to note The cottage and our house are in the same garden but we are generally not present for rentals of at least 2 nights, leaving you tranquility and free enjoyment of the park and its facilities! Cleaning fee not included For weekend stays of more than 2 nights checkout on Sundays can be until 5 p.m. in order to let you make the most of your weekend
