We are renting the annex of our house in Bezu la forêt, renovated in 2023 with all modern comforts. Accessible 45 minutes from Rouen or 1.5 hours from Paris by car, or by TER (Gisors). 12 km from the charming village of Lyons la Foret. Perfect for a stay with family or friends! Large 1-hectare wooded park with tennis, petanque court, ping pong table, swings for the little ones, large soccer cages The space Completely refurbished, it consists of 4 bedrooms including 2 with a 160 cm double bed (including a master with its bathroom/bath), 1 small bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and 1 children's bedroom with bunk beds. A teleworking space on the landing upstairs A large shower room. TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, library, board games A heated pool from April to October available subject to availability (with surcharge) Other things to note The gîte and our house are in the same garden, but we are generally not present for rentals of at least 2 nights, leaving you peace and quiet and free enjoyment of the park and its facilities!
