We are renting out the annex to our house in Bezu-la-Forêt, renovated in 2023 with all modern amenities. Located 45 minutes from Rouen or 1.5 hours from Paris by car, or by TER (Gisors). 12 km from the charming village of Lyons-la-Forêt. Great for a stay with family or friends! Large, wooded park covering 1 hectare, with a pétanque court, ping pong table, swings for the little ones, and large soccer goals. The space Completely refurbished, it consists of 4 bedrooms including 2 with a 160 cm double bed (including a master with its bathroom/bath), 1 small bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and 1 children's bedroom with bunk beds. A teleworking space on the landing upstairs A large shower room. TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, library, board games A heated pool from April to October available subject to availability (with surcharge) Other things to note The gîte and our house are in the same garden, but we are generally not present for rentals of at least 2 nights, leaving you peace and quiet and free enjoyment of the park and its facilities! Cleaning fee not included For weekend stays of more than 2 nights, check-out on Sunday can be done until 5 p.m. to let you make the most of your weekend
