Where you can read, smoke, or have a beer or glass of wine while enjoying. Fully-equipped private kitchen and cooking amenities. Fiber and soap for washing dishes. Dining room with ceiling fan. A bedroom with air conditioning, ceiling fan, armchair, a double bed and a single armchair bed, comfortable pillows and closet, ponchos, hair dryer, iron. A bathroom with hot water, organic soap and shampoo, hand soap, bath and beach towels. We have WiFi in all areas. Ideal for digital nomads. Parking is on the street in front of or next to the property. We have space to deposit trash and an option to recycle trash. Other things to note The internet is not as fast as in the city. In the village of San Pancho, the speed is 100 mbps. In times of rain and lightning from June to October there are usually power outages, but in the house you will find flashlights and I will be totally available. I've been a local host since 2018, although I've lived in San Pancho all my life.
