The space This property has 5 dedicated bedrooms (3 Queen-sized beds, 7 XL twin beds) and the option for a 6th bedroom in the downstairs movie/tv room with a couch that pulls out to a full bed. As you walk in you are greeted by a cozy electric fireplace and reading area and a desk with lake view if you need to get any work done. The main floor is open-concept with your main living area, dining, and kitchen. You will find three bedrooms on the main floor (1 private queen room, 1 private queen and twin room, and one daybed with a trundle under it with balcony access) and 1 full bathroom. Laundry facilities can also be found on this level. The main living area offers foosball and board games for your friends and/or family to challenge each other. Open the doors to the balcony and enjoy panoramic views of lake Cumberland from your full wrap-around balcony. When the weather permits, enjoy dinner outside and watch the sunset over the lake using our outdoor patio area and grill. After dinner, step out front and cozy up to the firepit! Head downstairs and you will find another private queen bedroom with an attached private bath, a ping-pong and gaming area, another bedroom with 2 sets of bunk-beds (4 beds total) and another full bathroom with a large soaker tub to relax in after a long day. There is an additional movie/tv room downstairs with a couch that pulls into a full-sized bed. There is also another full balcony on this level. When you stay here, you are part of our family! Guest access Whole home and gravel parking area out front and beside the home for your water vehicles/boats Other things to note This property is approximately a 10 mile drive to Alligator 2 marina and approximately 18 minutes to Jamestown marina. Both marinas offer daily or weekly boat rentals. If you bring your own watercraft, there is plenty of room to park it on the side of the house in a gravel parking area, so don’t hesitate to bring your own! Please note there is no dishwasher in our home. We provide all cookware and dishes, but if you prefer not having to wash dishes, you may want to bring paper/plastic place settings!
