The building has an elevator and water tank. The space It is a spacious and comfortable apartment that has everything you need for a short stay or for long stays with or without work. The main room is spacious. It has a regular TV, bedside tables, a comfortable closet and enough space to place suitcases. It has noise windows, blackout curtains, firm Queen size mattress but with pillow top and air conditioning that generates white noise, all you need for prolonged, uninterrupted sleep. The secondary room is a support room. It has a double bed, a smart TV, bedside tables and lamps, a small closet and a fan. The mattress is firm but with pillow top. The room has no windows so it is more convenient for a family than for 2 separate couples. If your reservation is for 1-2 people, this room will remain closed during your stay. If you are going to need the room occasionally or permanently, it is best to specify that your reservation is for 3-4 people. The bathroom is newly remodeled. It has a toilet, a comfortable sink for acicalado, and a shower with hot water. Inside the bathroom is the water tank motor, so here the noise of the motor drive is concentrated. There is an integrated social area: kitchen-room-studio/dining room, all in a single environment. The living room has a 2-seater sofa and an entertainment center that features 1 smart TV and DVD equipment. Several DVD movies are available in the library. There is an air conditioner that refreshes the entire social area. The studio is perfect for working with a laptop and has a CD and radio player equipment. In the library there are several CDs with music of different genres. At the entrance of the apartment there is a library with several books in Spanish to read and some books of architecture and urbanism to browse. All books are available to read during your stay, if you want to keep any, we ask you to check us first. The kitchen has all the basics for cooking what you want: 4 gas burners, pans and pots, 13-foot fridge, coffee maker (no filter required) and Greek, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, dishwasher, water purifier filter, knives, cooking utensils. There is a basic tableware for 6 people, cutlery, glasses and cups for coffee/tea. There are some containers for food storage. You can have a variety of spices and we leave some coffee, teas and sugar for the morning. There is a medium capacity washer/dryer that takes a long time to complete its washing/drying cycle, but it is a good tool to get out of trouble or to do laundry for the week. It does not generate heat or water vapor in the environment. There is Wifi throughout the apartment. It has service from 2 different operators, so the internet is reliable, stable and continuous. If an operator fails, there is another backup operating. One operator is wired, the other uses an antenna. Having 2 operators minimizes the probability of not having internet, which is very frequent in Caracas. In Caracas there is water rationing. The building has a water storage tank and the apartment has a separate 285 L water tank. When there is no running water service, water is pumped into the building twice a day (12:30pm - 1:30pm / 8:00pm - 9:00pm), so there is always water, but it is important to know how to manage water while there is no regular service, which is from Thursday to Sunday. From Monday to Thursday if there is regular water service. Water pumping hours may vary. The trash room is located in front of the apartment's main door. Closed bags can be thrown down the downcomer. If it requires discarding glass, large boxes, or some large or fragile item, they must be left outside the building, in a specific place that will be indicated. She does not have a secure parking stall. But there are several options of private parking within a three-minute walk. In front of the building, there are parking stalls, but the vehicle is unprotected to robos. The building has an elevator and stairs in case it doesn't work. There is no concierge in the building. The main grill and elevator work with a magnetic key that will be given to them at the time of check-in. If you are a smoker or bring a pet, you are welcome!!! But please notify me prior to your arrival. After your stay, no guest likes to receive a stay with a smell of cigarettes or pet hairs and for this I must hire a company specialized in cleaning and deep cleaning. That is why in addition to the pet fee (if you bring) I will ask you to book the day after your departure and pay an additional $100 for the deep cleaning. Please, if you are going to rent for a period greater than or equal to one month, do not ask for a discount, as the system automatically applies a substantial discount to the initial rate.
